Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all items within one business day from our warehouse in Townsville.

Hemp Flower takes no responsibility for any loss or damage in transit of orders. We take the extra precaution of wrapping your items sufficiently to minimise this risk prior to entering the Australia Post network.

Shipping Delays

Please note that due to postal network congestion fluxuations you may see delays in delivery of up to 7-14 days.

Australia Domestic

Standard Shipping
Delivery is normally well within 7 working days to most locations. However, remote destinations may take longer.

Express Shipping
Delivery is normally within 2 working days to locations within the express network. Destinations outside the express network, including remote destinations may take longer.

International

At this point of time we do not supply our products to international customers.

Returns

Change of mind returns

Change of mind returns will only be accepted if items are returned in their original, undamaged condition within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping is at your expense and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please contact us before returning an item from your order.
